Who is up for an amazing ocean swim race? Join us on Sunday, August 4 for the Club's annual outing at the Dwight Crum Pier-to-Pier Swim.
The Pier-to-Pier Swim is celebrating its 61st anniversary and remains one of the most popular long distance swim races in the United States. In 2023, 1,350 swimmers completed this two-mile course.
We will be training on the course this Sunday, July 21 and next Sunday, July 28. We will meet at 7:50am on the north side of the Manhattan Beach Pier and the Strand, then walk down together to the beach to drop our bags, then walk south. There are pay parking lots near the pier, 12th & Morningside, Metlox, and other locations in Manhattan Beach.
Please note that if you did not compete in 2023, you will need to do the check-out swim this Saturday or Sunday, July 20 or 21. Registrations closes this Sunday, July 21.
