• Is 3-4 minutes in transition too long? Want transition like a pro? Will shaving a few minutes off your transition put you at the top of your age group? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this clinic is just for you.

• Preference will be given to newbies until Sunday, June 18, after that, all members and skill levels welcome. Registration limited to 20 active members.

• DATE & TIME: Sunday, June 25, 10-11:30AM • LOCATION: Zuma Beach, "North End" just north of Bathroom #9 (PCH & Guernsey Ave). We’ll be meeting in the most northern part of this last lot.

• PARKING: free parking available on PCH, but beware of sporadic no parking signs, or in the pay lot, normally between $10-$20.

• INFO: All things transition beginning with efficient options for beginners to the skills the elites use. Athletes will be welcome to choose the pieces they want to use to make themselves faster.

• All levels are welcome; bring everything you’d use in a race. We will not be getting wet but will be doing a facsimile of swim in our practice. 90 minute clinic. Bring hydration and nutrition.
