Grinder 60 miles 4,000’ 6-7 Route https://www.strava.com/routes/2751986

**Let’s try to use Strava for mapping (instead of route maps on paper), this will allow for you to look at the entire ride in advance... & save some trees in the process :)

Starting in Playa Del Rey, we’ll be riding as a group (safety in numbers) through Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beaches to the Yellow Vase Cafe in Malaga Cove in Palos Verdes.

Mellow riders can find a seat at the Yellow Vase Cafe and have a coffee &/or breakfast before turning back to PDR.

Intermediate & Grinder crew will continue riding from Malaga Cove on Palos Verdes Drive West, climb the switchbacks on PV Dr. East & come back via PV Dr North. Take a break Intermediates, it’s time for coffee.

Grinders will do the same route as intermediates and continue up the crest of the peninsula on Via Del Monte for 1 more loop around PV before returning to the Yellow Vase Cafe for a much needed break.

Please RSVP so we know how many are riding. http://www.latriclub.com/members/polls_rsvp.php

There’s plenty of free all day street parking near the park on Pacific Ave near Convoy St., but I think a lot of people will choose to ride to this location from home, you lucky riders should plan to arrive at 7:40. **Please do not park in the small parking lot on Esplanade St. Let’s save those spots for park users.
