| USATF / Kenneth Hahn Eco 8K Cross Country Race

| Description |
Greetings Runners:
One of the "stops" on the USATF (USA Track & Field) Cross Country Schedule will be the Eco 8K at Kenneth Hahn Park. This Park features some of THE best views of L.A. as you race on this exciting course. The 8K distance is just about 5 miles.
The first 50 PEOPLE that sign up BEFORE Oct. 1st will receive FREE PARKING. If you can carpool, please do.
"ON-LINE" registrants can receive a $5.00 disc by putting in the
code: LAtri14 (case sensitive)
"Day Of" registration will be available.
VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED :) If you have never assisted with helping to put on a race, come help us too. Course Marshals are needed.
As you know, Triathlons races can be won or lost on the "run" portion, so please come out to strengthen your "Running Game".
