Los Angeles Triathlon Club
Lifetime Oceanside Tri International
Description .93-mile swim | 24.8-mile bike | 6.2-mile run

There's no better destination location than Southern California, and no better event location than Oceanside Harbor. After a swim in the sun-drenched and protected boating harbor, athletes will bike the fast, closed course of the San Luis Rey Mission Expressway, then run along the pristine Oceanside coastline. Before crossing the finish line on the spectator-filled strand, they will take in the signature sights of beachfront SoCal, mingled with Oceanside's old fishing village charm. Oceanside Pier — the longest wooden pier on the Pacific Coast — the famous Top Gun house, and the collage of wood-framed specialty shops, restaurants and a lighthouse will form the picture-perfect backdrop to this competitive experience.

Relay transition area
A designated relay area will be available near the run out area of the transition. Relay teams will use this area for both transitions. Swimmers will meet their biker in the pen. Biker will run to their designated bike rack, put on the timing chip and exit. Upon return, biker will rack their bike and meet their runner in the relay pen. Runner will exit to complete the race.
