Come for a run Sunday morning on the trails at Will Rogers Park. We take off at 7:30am for 5-8 miles in the hills. This is the perfect place and group for a Sunday run, from time to time we enjoy coffee or breakfast after with some of the runners. If we change the meeting place which we do from time to time we will send an email out via e-list from TriFit. |
