Join us for the 2013 UCLA Health Playa Del Rey Triathlon. Set along the beautiful bluffs of Dockweiler State Beach in Playa Del Rey, competitors can select between a sprint-distance (600 meter swim, 20K bike, and 5K run) or International-distance (1200m swim, 40K bike, and 10K run) event. The PDR Tri is a fundraiser for collegiate triathlon and a portion of the proceeds are donated to the UCLA & USC Triathlon Teams. Over the last five years the UCLA Health Playa Del Rey Triathlon has raised $18,000 for the UCLA and USC Triathlon Teams! |

The UCLA Health Playa Del Rey Triathlon is located at Dockweiler State Beach in Playa Del Rey. From the 405, take the 105 West. The 105 will turn into Imperial Hwy, which dead-ends at the Dockweiler State Beach entrance. Have $8 in cash ready to pay for parking in order to avoid traffic delays in entering the park. Event staff will direct you to a parking spot. Local athletes should note that Vista Del Mar north of Imperial will be entirely closed to traffic. |
