| 5K Run/Walk In Honor Of Conor

| Description |
The 2nd Annual '5K Run/Walk In Honor of Conor' Lynch (16) who lost his life to a distracted teenaged driver while crossing Woodman Ave. in Sherman Oaks with his cross-country team.
Conor was also a veteran triathlete who competed in the Hansen Dam Tri with his mother, LATC member Jeri Lynch, beginning at the age of 11. That's his picture on the back of this year's HDTri shirt.
The Conor Lynch Foundation raises awareness and promotes the safety of pedestrians, runners, cyclists and young drivers.
There will be a Teen Driver Safety Fair hosted by the foundation with AAA of SoCal on Saturday, October 20th on the campus of Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks from 9a to 1p. |
