| Description |
The Camp Pendleton Sprint triathlon is part of the 2012 Hard Corps Race Series. The venue is at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base, ACU-5, Home of the Swift Intruders, in San Diego county. The ocean swim is 500 yards, the out-and-back 30K bike course contains moderate hills and takes place along Stuart Mesa Road with a turnaround at Las Pulgas Road. The 5K run loops through the ACU-5 base. |
