| Description |
The 30th Annual Life Time Tri Chicago will take place Sunday, August 26, 2012 on Chicago's Downtown Lakefront. The race is an International Distance of 1.5K swim, 40K bike and 10K run.
The swim is in Monroe Street Harbor, with a finish 100 yards south of the Chicago Yacht Club. The bike leg takes place along scenic Lake Shore Drive. The run continues along Randolph, past Buckingham Fountain to the Museum campus where it connects to the lake front path past Shedd Aquarium. Runners will then head back to Lake Shore Drive to finish on Columbus Drive, just south of Balbo Street. |
