The Lost Dutchman Arizona Marathon & Half Marathon
Description Running from Gold Canyon to Apache Junction, the Lost Dutchman follows a scenic, rolling, point-to-point, USATF certified course that can be used as a qualifier for the Boston Marathon. Located at the base of Superstition Mountain near the rumored site of the legendary Lost Dutchman Mine, this event is a favorite of serious marathoners and casual runners alike. Not up for a full marathon? Starting and ending in Apache Junction’s Prospector Park, the Lost Dutchman offers a race for everyone including Half Marathon, 10K, 8k Desert Trail Run and a Two Mile FunRun/Walk.
