We'll be riding PV this week. Sharon is off doing another marathon this weekend. Good Luck Sharon!!
We've done this ride a couple times now and will shake things up a little this weekend. We'll start at Malaga Cove at 7:30a and go around PV loop in the opposite direction (we'll be climbing more and going down the switchbacks). Another part of the twist will be at the bottom of the switchbacks. We'll turn back around and climb up them adding on some additional hill work (if you don't want to climb them, you'll just get a longer break by the ocean). When we get back to Malaga Cove, I'll be doing short hill repeat circuits around the golf course (~4 miles). You're welcome to join me in these loops...the more the merrier.
If this is your first time riding PV, Tina will re-group at the turns and count noses so nobody gets dropped.
Arrive at: 7:10 a.m., or early enough to find the place, set up your bike and meet near the founatain at the Malaga Cove Plaza, a shopping center on Palos Verdes Drive West between Via Corta, Via Chico and Malaga Lane.
Ride at: 7:30 a.m. -- We'll be leaving promptly
