| Description |
We at Evolution Physical Therapy are driven to help all our patients and athletes 'go the extra mile.' So, with that in mind, we are proud to announce the EXTRA MILE RUN every Saturday starting in December here at Evolution PT in Culver City.
As a bonus, immediately following the group run, we will lead a 20 minute foam roll and stretch class back at the clinic.
C'mon, you all know you need to stretch out following your runs. We took a (very unscientific) poll and found that only 11.4% of you actually followed through and did your stretching routine. So we, as physical therapists, are here to help you avoid injuries in the upcoming season and providing you our skill and expertise to stretch out those annoying muscles which love to grab and pull and cause general discomfort all training season long.
Where: Group runs start at Evolution PT - 11825 Major St, Culver City, CA 90230.
When: Every Saturday starting promptly at 8:00am
The runs: Choose between a 4 mile or 7 mile run (1 mile longer than a 5K or 10K - EXTRA MILE CLUB - get it?!)
Foam roll and stretch class: Starts at 9:00am back at the clinic. 20 minutes. Foam rolls provided.
Benefits: Discounted services at Evolution PT for Club members including discounted rates on Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill workouts.
