SGV Sunday Sprint/Olympic Brick
Description San Gabriel Valley Sprint/Olympic Training This is a Sunday morning ride and run group forming in mid-July and aiming toward sprint and Olympic distance triathlons in summer and fall. Open to all levels, this group’s no-drop rides are appropriate for beginners who are building up their bike skills and ride distances. We will meet Sunday mornings at 8:45 a.m. to get acquainted and get our bikes ready to ride. We roll at 9 a.m., with runs of 1 to 6 miles following the rides. Locations on the list below.
