Open Water Training & Transitions
Description The workout begins at 6:30 AM SHARP.

They are designed to fully prepare triathletes and swimmers for optimal results in open water. Expect to learn and execute: Open water skill training and race preparation, transitions from swimming to running, wetsuit removal, water starts, land starts, navigation, buoy turns, setting up for the finish, riding waves, exiting the water, and most importantly getting really comfortable in the very dynamic environment of open water.

REQUIREMENTS
This is NOT a beginner workout. You should be able to swim 1.5 k under 45 minutes, swim 1,000 meters without stopping, and swim faster than 2:30 per 100. Wetsuits encouraged.
If you swim slower than stated and want to attend, bring a partner to swim with you.
